8 Visions for the Future of the Chevy Chase Civic Core
In 2022, Ward3Vision, Washington Interfaith Network, and the Coalition for Smarter Growth published a statement of goals for the CIvic Core site in Chevy Chase, DC. After much discussion and community engagement on the part of the DC Office of Planning and the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, an Request for Proposal was issued. Below are the these 8 responses certified to adhere to the minimum requirements outlined in the RFP. Additionally, Ward3Vision believes it is useful to have clear, objective information on what is contained in each submission. As a result, this comparative chart has been created so interested parties can evaluate each proposal.
